NetPower Network
Building a network of associations working in the field of women's empowerment. The project realised a structured network of associations working in the field of gender equality. The project partners already had previous contacts with each other and they are organisations with a relevant number or associated organization. The project gave the partners the opportunity to consolidate contacts in a structured way both at national and European level. The project activities, brought associations and individuals into contact with each other and gave them the opportunity to get to know each other and to work together. The network of associations will make it easy for us to contact associations, organisations or people to be involved in broad or specific initiatives on different topics. The organisations members of this network works as: Professional Associationism, Entrepreneurship associations, Istitutional bodies, in Personal Development, Supervisory and control authorities, Educational Centres, Cultural Centres, Specific project presentation, Gender violence centres.
Best Practices
Exchange of best practices between associations involved in the project. In the international project meetings and also in the online meetings held during the Covid-19 pandemic period, partners had the opportunity to make each other aware of various information concerning the fight against gender inequalities: Specifically: - Monitoring the situation of women within organizations, companies, and other actions to promote female employment and gender equity as a factor of innovation and growth: - Analysing the general context of the women's situation in the different countries participating in the project. - Highlighting the initiatives that are carried out to reduce the gender gap. Spreading best practices among organisations involved in women empowerment. Exchange good practices contrasting gender gap: in our 5 Transnational Meeting we gave to our participants the chance to meet different organisations involved in women empowerment: we met around 50 people representing best practices.

During the project a website was prepared to spread the information and the activities done by partners and participants. The website address is network. Space The website collects all the information related to the entire duration of the project.
